Kerrie Anastassatos, Divisional Engage Life Director

Since joining Atria in 2010, Kerrie has advanced through leadership roles of increasing responsibility, from Engage Life Director to traveling Engage Life Specialist to her current position as Divisional Engage Life Director, supporting more than 50 communities across three brands. She has played a key role in elevating engagement for Atria’s Signature and Coterie brands, raising the bar for engagement programs across the industry. Before Atria, Kerrie built a career as a wedding and special events planner, florist, designer and visual merchandiser. Her event expertise helped expand Atria’s Social Series and Taste of Atria programs, strengthening connections among residents and the broader community. Kerrie’s mantra, “Shine Bright,” inspires her team to make each day meaningful for themselves and the residents they serve. She believes a smile and a positive attitude are the first steps to success.
