View the floor plans on the community webpage, or call the community for the square footage of that particular residence. Your new home is yours.

Holiday offers both independent living and assisted living. Learn the difference between the two.

Holiday prides itself on making an all-inclusive retirement lifestyle attainable to older adults. Monthly rent varies by location, apartment size, and floor plan. Contact us to receive individual pricing for the Holiday community of your choice.

As the oldest and largest independent senior living company in the country, Holiday has always been focused on providing quality senior living at an affordable price. We are constantly reviewing each market to keep our rates competitive and affordable. On occasion, individual communities may offer a special or discount.

To help reduce waste, save on postage, and avoid the risk of delays and late fees, Holiday residents can make secure online payments automatically each month. The Office Manager at the community of your choice can help you sign up upon move-in.

Yes, for a nominal pet fee. We welcome all kinds of pets, like dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, and fish. Some Holiday communities even have dog parks. If you have a furry friend already, we can’t wait to meet them.

Our infectious disease protocols are rooted in a 50-year history of putting the health and well-being of our residents and staff first. In light of the pandemic, we have enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols, require masks, and have made changes to dining and daily activities to support social distancing. All of our decisions are guided by the CDC and medical experts.

Each senior living community has its own resident experience coordinator who plans a full calendar of events each month. Events vary by community but may include things like:

  • Bean bag baseball
  • Bingo
  • Painting classes
  • Balloon volleyball
  • Wii football
  • Happy hours
  • Pool noodle hockey
  • Knitting groups
  • Tailgating parties

With cooking, cleaning, and maintenance all taken care of, you also have more time for your own hobbies and interests. Consider sharing your favorite hobbies with the community. Many of the events are resident-led, and we’re always open to new ideas.

Our culinary team prides itself on freshly prepared meals that are delicious and well-balanced. Menus are diverse and designed to support your well-being without sacrificing taste. Enjoy a blend of comfort foods, regional favorites, and healthy choices.

Residents in Holiday independent living communities enjoy the flexibility of using in-home health care if they need assistance with personal or medical care. Holiday assisted living communities offer help with dressing, bathing, toileting, and other needs. Residents in both assisted and independent living communities are equipped with Lively Mobile Plus, a
GPS-enabled, two-way communication emergency response device. Residents use these if they have an emergency or urgent need, both inside and outside the community. Our emergency response devices foster independence while keeping you safe.

Weekly housekeeping includes dusting and cleaning surfaces, sweeping, vacuuming, emptying trash, linen service, and providing new toilet paper. We also sweep patios, clean the air conditioner and heat filter, wash windows, and defrost and clean the refrigerator regularly.

Absolutely. Many residents have cars while others prefer to leave the driving to us. We offer complimentary transportation to appointments, errands, shopping, and community outings, so you can drive as much or little as you want.
