Holiday Retirement is offering two safe and convenient ways to tour your new home. Take a customized virtual tour from your computer, or come to our senior living community to see the grounds and building exteriors while following extensive safety protocols.

As part of our enhanced safety measures during COVID-19, we’re offering customized virtual tours. Associates create a personalized video that guides prospective residents through an apartment, common areas, and outside grounds. Virtual tours are a safe and convenient way to get a feel for a future home. We’re also using DocuSign for new leases, so future residents can sign necessary move-in documents without in-person contact. Further instructions are located below.

We allow exterior visits at our communities. At some communities, you can also tour patio accessible apartments. We will have a small sales table set-up in the front of each building where we can meet with seniors and a guest while also providing continuous cleaning and sanitation.

We will follow the guidelines below to allow families to “window shop” our communities from the outside, while also meeting with our Sales Leader. These guidelines include:
• Visits must pass our front desk screening before beginning their tour
• Social distancing must be practiced
• Guests are limited to 2 per visit and must wear a self-provided mask or facial covering
• We will be offering to-go meals if the visit occurs within designated meal times
• We cannot allow guests inside the building in any situation

We also offer lease signings under these same guidelines, on site but on the exterior of the building. This will allow our families with technology concerns to still sign a paper lease and more importantly meet a member of the community operations staff during their signing.
